Ever kicked ten thousand times?

Jeff Smith’s Mile High Karate sponsored their annual kick-a-thon for hunger on Saturday, August 21st, 2010. As a part of Mile High Karate’s community outreach programs, students raised money by collecting sponsors for pennies per kick, and kicked thousands of times per hour in order to feed the hungry through LINK, a local hunger shelter in the area.

The money raised goes to filling Thanksgiving baskets and supporting the thousands of hungry locals that LINK helps every year.

Photo Days July 23rd and 24th!

We are hosting a photo weekend for our students in July! Friday and Saturday, July 23rd and 24th we have a fantastic group of photographers coming from photokicks who will be doing martial arts action photography for all of our students! To participate, you need the most current and updated uniform- Please see the office today to sign up for your personal appointment!

June Graduation / New Schedule Monday

This Saturday, June 19th, we will be hosting our belt graduates for a ceremony! Brown Belt testing is at 2:00 after the ceremonies. On Monday, we start with a new schedule. Be sure to pick up a new schedule at the school as soon as possible!

Our students are gearing up for Graduation and Belt Ceremony, Saturday, June 19th, 2010.

Take a minute in the next few days to congratulate the black belts at Mile High Karate Sterling- they made a terrific show at the graduation and testing this Saturday. We are so proud of them! Most notably our three new first degree black belts joining the family!

April Parent’s Night Out

Friday, April 2nd we have our next Parents’ Night Out! These nights are a big hit with our students, their friends, and parents alike! Students participating can arrive at 7:15, pickup is as late as 10:00. See you there!!!

February Acrobatic Kicks Seminars for Leadership Students
